Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use the Service to host, display, distribute, or promote any of the following:

• Illegal content — any material that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.
• Malware — viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware, or any other malicious software or code.
• Phishing — fraudulent pages designed to impersonate other services, organizations, or individuals for the purpose of obtaining sensitive information.
• Spam — unsolicited bulk messages, advertisements, or promotional material distributed via email forwarding or page content.
• Impersonation — content that falsely represents your identity or affiliation with any person, organization, or entity.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any content that depicts or promotes the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors. This is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Harassment and threats — content that harasses, bullies, intimidates, or threatens any individual or group, including doxxing or sharing private information without consent.
• Hate speech — content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Terrorism and extremism — content that promotes, supports, or incites terrorist activities or violent extremism.
• Intellectual property infringement — content that infringes upon the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.

You may not engage in any of the following activities:

• Denial of Service — attempting to disrupt, overload, or impair the functionality of the Service or its infrastructure through automated requests, flooding, or other means.
• Scraping and data harvesting — automated collection of data from the Service or other users' pages without explicit permission.
• Exploitation of vulnerabilities — attempting to discover, exploit, or disclose security vulnerabilities in the Service without prior written authorization. If you discover a vulnerability, please report it responsibly to support@jirniy.com.
• Unauthorized access — attempting to access accounts, systems, or data that you are not authorized to access, including other users' accounts, administrative interfaces, or backend systems.
• Circumvention — attempting to bypass any security measures, rate limits, or access controls implemented by the Service.
• Resale without authorization — reselling, sublicensing, or commercially redistributing the Service or any part thereof without prior written consent.
• Abuse of email forwarding — using the email forwarding service to send spam, phishing emails, or any unsolicited bulk communications.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any violation of this AUP. Enforcement actions may include, at our sole discretion:

1. Warning — a formal notice requesting you to cease the violating activity and remove any offending content.
2. Content removal — removal of content that violates this AUP without prior notice in cases of serious violations.
3. Suspension — temporary suspension of your account and all associated services pending investigation.
4. Termination — permanent termination of your account and all associated services.
5. Reporting — reporting violations to relevant law enforcement authorities where required or appropriate.

Accounts terminated for policy violations are not eligible for refunds. See our Refund Policy for details.

We may take enforcement action without prior notice in cases involving illegal content, CSAM, active security threats, or other severe violations that require immediate response.

Please include as much detail as possible, including the URL of the offending content, a description of the violation, and any supporting evidence.

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised AUP.
