JIRNIY.COM provides digital goods and services, including personalized subdomains, bio pages, and email forwarding. Due to the nature of digital goods, all purchases are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated and the username has been provisioned.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are acquiring a digital service that is delivered immediately upon payment confirmation.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- The refund is requested within 24 hours of the original purchase.
- The purchased service (subdomain, page, or email) has not been used — meaning no page content has been published, no email forwarding has been configured, and no significant customization has been made.
- The account has not been flagged for any policy violations.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The service has been actively used (content published, email configured, or subdomain customized).
- More than 24 hours have passed since the time of purchase.
- The account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- The request is made in bad faith or as part of a pattern of abuse.
- The user has received a prior refund for a similar purchase.
4. How to Request a Refund

- Your username or account email address.
- The transaction ID or payment confirmation.
- The reason for your refund request.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Due to the nature of cryptocurrency and Telegram Stars transactions, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and network conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
6. Service Disruptions
In the event of a prolonged service disruption caused by JIRNIY.COM (not by third-party providers or force majeure), we may, at our discretion, offer affected users a partial or full refund, service credit, or extension of service.
