By accessing or using JIRNIY.COM (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and JIRNIY.COM ("we", "us", "our"). Your continued use of the Service following any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

JIRNIY.COM provides the following digital services:

• Personalized subdomains — a unique subdomain in the format username.jirniy.com with SSL certificate and hosting.
• Personal pages — a customizable bio page accessible at jirniy.com/username with a visual editor.
• Email forwarding — a personalized email address in the format username@jirniy.com with forwarding to your existing mailbox.

All services are provided on a one-time purchase basis. There are no recurring subscription fees for the core services described above.

To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You may register using Telegram OAuth or Google OAuth.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for an extended period.

All purchases on JIRNIY.COM are one-time payments. We do not charge recurring fees for the services described in Section 2.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cryptocurrency — via Crypto Bot (Telegram-based payment processor).
• Telegram Stars — Telegram's native digital currency.
• Direct wallet transfer — direct cryptocurrency transfer to a designated wallet address.

Prices are displayed in USD. The equivalent amount in cryptocurrency or Telegram Stars is calculated at the time of purchase based on current exchange rates. All sales are final, subject to our Refund Policy.

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or display on your JIRNIY.COM page ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for:

• The legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of your User Content.
• Ensuring that your User Content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your User Content.

We do not monitor User Content proactively but reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. A detailed list of prohibited activities and content is outlined in our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

The Service, including its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of JIRNIY.COM and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

The JIRNIY.COM name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of JIRNIY.COM. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

Your purchase of a subdomain, page, or email address grants you a license to use that username on our platform. It does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the JIRNIY.COM brand or platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JIRNIY.COM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
